At The Custom Corner Studio, every item is handcrafted with love, time and dedication, which means your order is always made especially for you. Please read our shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
- All items are handmade to order.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be created, and prepared for shipping
- During busy periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping options
- UK Standard Shipping - tracked delivery via Royal Mail, Evri, Model or InPost (estimated 2-3 working days once dispatched)
Delivery Information
- You will recieve a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.
- Please insure your shipping address is correct at checkout, we can not be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address
- Once items are with the courier, delivery times are out of control
- Couriers are selected based on the fastest and most reliable option for your area
International Orders
- Currently, we only ship within the UK. If you are outside of the UK and would love a touch of sparkly creation, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Important Notes
- As all items are handmade, slight variations may occur, this is part of what makes your order unique and special.
- Shipping fees are non refundable
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us withing 48 hours with photos, and we'll be happy to help resolve it
